Ep #1 - Which direction to take
Sharing your training journey can be a useful part of staying accountable and moving towards the goals you’ve set. It's also enjoyable to talk about upcoming adventures! And since there’s often some curiosity about what we coaches at Ascend are doing in our own training, I’ve decided to share mine as I go.
I’ll post updates every 2–3 weeks, giving some insight into the thinking and the “why” behind the training weeks/phases. Nothing polished or scripted - just an honest look at the process, the progress, and whatever challenges show up along the way.
