PERIODISATION AND RACE PLANNING

Our coaching services include race planning and annual periodisation to ensure you’re prepared for every event on your calendar. We create a structured plan that accounts for your key races throughout the year, balancing intensity and recovery to optimise performance at each event.

By incorporating annual periodisation, we divide your training into distinct phases—building fitness, sharpening speed, and allowing for proper recovery—ensuring you peak at the right moments.

At Ascend Endurance, we use Training Peaks to deliver your sessions. A Training Peaks Premium Account subscription is included with our Complete Endurance Training Package.

Upcoming training sessions and completed activities are synced from your Garmin, Apple Watch, Zwift, Tacx, Wahoo or Polar device.

You can communicate with us via the App, leave comments and feedback on sessions and track your performance and progress.

Training Peaks integrates sleep and other wellness data from your wearable device giving us, as your coach, a more complete picture of your training adaptations and recovery.
